The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Karamoja (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Karamoja (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined McLaurey, trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

Owing to track alinement the The Clerk of the Course changed the distance of this race to 3 miles 125 yards

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Saint Baco (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr D.L. Queally, rider of I'll Sort That, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that it was a misjudgement on his behalf. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr D L Queally was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency)and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Classical Creek (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Owing to the low trajectory of the sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for hurdle #1 to be omitted from this race

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from J Nash, trainer of Eye On The Ball for an additional 10 minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with Rule 90(i)

P.K. Donovan, rider of Saunton Surf, trained by Gary McGill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action behind.

C.P. Millar, rider of Cumberland River, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
